• Planning, programming, document management, and design coordination.

• Management of site teams and ensuring the utmost health and safety standards.

• Procurement, project administration, including contract management.

• Budget, cashflow management and reporting.

• Conducting site visits and inspections validating project plans and requirements.

Our clients are based all over Australia so the occasional need for interstate travel is there.

If you’ve gotten this far, then you’re up for the challenge. We’re not going to give you the usual laundry list of requirements, however, this stuff is pretty important:

• We are and want to continue to be masters of the craft of project management, and whilst not essential, your bachelor’s degree in either building, engineering or project management will be a great foundation to build on.

• You will be trusted to own your project and work independently from day one, so you’ll need to come with three to five years of industry experience.

• Our most successful and engaged people are independent thinkers, they’re passionate learners, and are driven by the satisfaction of delivering high-quality project outcomes – sound like you?

• It’s a busy role so you’ll feel at home juggling multiple projects and get a kick out of managing conflicting priorities. Your experience has seen you involved in projects from start to finish.
