Engaged by the Client as the client side project manager, SwitchCo Projects provided full-time on-site supervision to Viva after completing the designs up front. Providing control, HSSE oversight, and our DG expertise, we provided physical on-site supervision throughout the project.  

This on-site supervision enabled us to use the systems that keep us running in control and efficiently: Sign-On-Site; Procore document and project control; and even our own solar powered camera.

We worked closely with Contract Environmental Solutions who won the construction tender to deliver the project smoothly and provide a safe and top quality outcome for Viva and their customers.
