Switch were engaged by Coles supermarkets as Superintendents to manage the delivery of two Par-bake bakeries in Western Australia and three Scratch bakeries in Queensland. The project was part of Coles' expansion plans to have greater bakery facilities to cater for the growing demand in the respective supermarkets. The three sites in Queensland already had Par-bake bakeries installed which had to be removed to make way for a bigger bakery.
