SwitchCo Projects were engaged to provide Industry specific mentoring, project management, and project engineering services for NAWP at the Mt Gellibrand Project.  Our role was to ensure that the project was built safely, on budget and time, and to the quality as expected of a European Wind Turbine in Australia.

SwitchCo enabled the European team and technology to achieve the requirements as necessary within the Australian environment.  This ranged from Project Management requirements, Compliance certifications and registrations, adjustment and modifications to comply with various Australian Standards and workplace safety expectations, and lead investigations or engineering solutions unique to the project and the technology.
